Jazz Ensemble Jazz Ensemble - Level 4 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.1004942

Composed by Rob Birdwell. Blues,Contemporary,Jazz. Score and parts. 45 pages. Birdwell Music LLC #4628511. Published by Birdwell Music LLC (A0.1004942).

This tune features a vocal (tenor voice) who also plays Trumpet. This is an entertaining and fun song and arrangement of Rob Birdwell's original song.  While written from personal experience, it was also written a bit tongue-in-cheek for use at fundraisers - seriously, what better tune is there than this!? ;)  There's a bit of call and response, dixieland style section and a melancholy bridge section that drives it home and back to the chorus!  Fun stuff.  Check out the YouTube clip of a live Blowholes performance!

Scored for a jazz septet: Trumpet (Lead Vocal), Alto, Tenor Sax (doubling mostly on Clarinet), Trombone, Guitar, Tuba/Bass, Drums.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
