Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return a product, you may do so within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that some items are not eligible for return. See below for limitations.

When returning an item, make sure to include a copy of the original packing slip and send it to:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll notify you by email. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you made the purchase with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. For PaPal purchases, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.


Exchanges and Replacements

Please note that we cannot exchange items for different products. However, you can return the item for credit or a gift certificate within the return period.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer experience team before returning it. You can reach us orders@sheetmusicplus.com. We will provide you with further instructions.

Returning Software & Recorded Media

Due to manufacturer restrictions, software and recorded media (such as videos, DVDs, karaoke CDs, etc.) can only be returned if the manufacturer-sealed plastic shrink-wrap is unopened.

Returning Digital Download Items

Digital sheet music and MP3s are not returnable after purchase due to their digital nature and immediate accessibility. This policy ensures the protection of copyright and intellectual property rights of the creators and publishers.

If you encounter technical or quality issues with your digital content, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

If a digital product is purchased accidentally, a refund may be requested within seven days of purchase. To qualify, the product must not have been downloaded or used extensively. We reserve the right to decline a return if there is evidence of significant use or abuse.

To request a refund, please email digital@sheetmusicplus.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returning Personal Protective Equipment

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personal protective equipment, including face masks, shields, and bell covers.
