It's an accurate, carefully created piano arrangement of the traditional Finnish folk song, based on the famous recording by the Finnish vocal quartet Loituma.
The "Ievan Polkka" (also known as "Ieva's Polka" or "Eva's Polka") is a traditional Polka tune, with lyrics added by Finnish composer Eino Kettunen.
The a capella recording by the Finnish quartet Loituma became a viral internet phenomenon in 2006 when it was used as the background music for the "Loituma Girl" - an animation of an anime girl with a leek (which became known as the "Leekspin" or leek spin meme).
Due to is online popularity, the tune also became widespread as a mobile ringtone.
A version by the animated character "Holly Dolly" further popularized the song - in this case, it became known as the "Dolly Song".
"Ievan Polkka" is a catchy Polka song, and fun to play on the piano!
