The 1962 song TI GUARDERÓ NEL CUORE, known internationally by the title MORE, was written by Riz Ortolani and Nino Oliviero for the Italian documentary film MONDO CANE. Winning the Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Theme in 1964, the theme was also nominated for Best Original Song at the 36th Academy Awards. The original version as featured in the movie was sung by Katyna Ranieri. Here arranged in a full orchestra version by Richard Hayman for Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops Orchestra, the song has enjoyed successful recordings by a variety of artists including jazz trombonist Kai Winding, Vic Dana, Carol Williams, and Bobby Darin. Instrumentation: 3(3rd dPicc).2+EH(opt).2+BCl.2+CBsn(opt): 4.4(4th opt).2+BTbn.1: Timp.Perc(4-5): Hp(and/or Pno): Str(9-8-7-6-5 in set).
